Connections Organized by Use Case

Start with what you need to access, then choose a route, protocol, and exit region. The schedule snippets below illustrate route selection; available options are shown in the user panel.

Peak-hour stability: compare routes

Choppy meetings and slow-loading pages aren’t always caused by choosing the wrong exit region; your local network or congestion along the route may also be to blame. Fast VPN labels IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes separately, making it easier to compare connections for the same task. Keep one route for everyday use and another with a different path as a backup. If something goes wrong, check your local connection first, then try another path. Avoid switching regions repeatedly, which can disrupt ongoing work. Stability depends on your actual network conditions; route type does not guarantee a particular speed at any time.

Region determines the exit; the route affects the experience

When choosing a route, first check which region the target service requires, then consider which path suits your current network. Direct, relayed, and dedicated describe how a connection is routed, not a speed ranking. A shorter physical distance doesn’t mean a smoother connection on every network; intermediate paths, carrier peering, and the destination’s response all affect the experience. Compare using the same device and task whenever possible, rather than treating results from different conditions as equivalent.

Save your usual route separately from your backup

Remote work often depends on session stability. AI tools also involve supported regions and account requirements, while streaming requires checking the content catalog. Save a suitable exit for your usual tasks, then keep alternative routes with different paths available to make it easier to identify what changed if a problem occurs. For exit characteristics such as dedicated IPs, check the details for the specific route rather than inferring them from its region. Subscription details and client access are available in the user panel.

Choose routes based on your current network and verify them with your actual tasks. The routes shown above are not guarantees of speed, availability, or access to any target platform.

Monthly Plans or Data Packages: Choose Your Fit

Use it often? Compare your monthly data needs. Connect only occasionally? Consider a data package you can use until it runs out. Every plan supports unlimited devices and accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT, with 14-day refunds.

Data Package · Use Until Depleted · Never Expires

¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB

If your needs vary by project or you connect only when needed, consider a data package. It draws down from your remaining balance until it runs out, and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. The difference is how you use the service, not just what each option is called. Before choosing, consider whether you connect regularly or only from time to time.

Plan Changes and Usage History

If you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before making a change, check your current plan, remaining data, and order details in the user panel; don’t estimate based on calendar months. Devices are unlimited, but streaming, updates, and downloads all use data. If your usage changes significantly, review what’s driving it before changing plans.

No email required. Create an account with a username and password. Once in the panel, you can find your plan and client access. For step-by-step help, read the getting started guide and follow the account, subscription, import, and connection-check steps.

FAQs Before You Get Started

Accounts, devices, data, and connection checks. Understand the details, then choose what fits your needs.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details safe, and never share your password or subscription information publicly. In the user panel, you can find plans, clients, and support tickets. Get clients and subscription details there rather than treating a marketing page as a download source. If you’re new, read the guide first, check your device platform and import steps, then test the connection.

How many devices can connect at once?

There’s no limit on simultaneous devices. Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux are supported. Choose routes by use case, and check the connection status on each device. Device limits and data allowances are separate: background sync, system updates, streaming video, and file transfers all count toward your usage. Choose a plan based on your overall usage, not just the number of devices.

What’s the difference between a monthly plan and a data package?

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packages can be used until depleted and never expire. If you regularly collaborate and browse, estimate your monthly usage first. If your usage is occasional, check how data packages work. Upgrades to monthly plans mid-cycle convert the price difference into remaining days. Full prices and terms are listed on the plans page; check the order details in the user panel when placing an order.

What payment methods and refund policy are available?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported, with 14-day refunds. Before paying, confirm the plan name, price, and data terms, and keep your order details. To request a refund, submit a ticket through the user panel. See the terms of service for details. Evaluate the connection on your usual network, devices, and target services instead of deciding based on a single page-load test.

I’m connected, but a website still doesn’t work properly. What should I check?

First, make sure your local network is working. Then check that the client is connected to the route you expect and that the target app is actually using it. Next, review the service’s supported regions, your account status, and any messages on the website. A connection being established doesn’t mean the platform makes its service available to every account. If routes in the same region behave differently, compare other paths and note your device platform, route name, where the issue occurs, and any error text. Share those details in a support ticket. Hide passwords and subscription information before sending screenshots.
